The Laserscope Video Camera Insert for rigid endoscopes is a single component composed of a transparent filter material mounted in a disc shaped metal holder. This Insert is used during surgical laser procedures which require an endoscopic video camera and endoscope. It can also be used with an endoscopic camera and a beam splitter for direct visulization. This Insert offers both camra and eye protection for 532 nm and 1064 nm light with optical density (O.D.) of 5 at both wavelengths.

This Insert has the same diameter as the eyepiece on a typical endoscope (1.25") and is designed to fit between the eyepiece and the camera. The 0.95" version is used when the camera will not attach properly because of the added thickness of the video camera insert housing. This version with its smaller diameter is designed to fit into the cup of the eyepiece of the endoscope.
